Artistic Statement

Although my primary focus over the past 20 years has been choreography, performing has always remained close to my heart. Each year, I’ve continued to take the stage in our studio’s annual dance concert, and I'm grateful for how it keeps me connected to the movement and magic that first drew me in. Recently, I’ve begun stepping back into performance more actively, which has renewed energy and perspective to the roles I take on.

Boston Cannons Dance Team

The Boston Cannons Dancers are a professional dance team that performs at all Boston Cannons (PLL, formerly MLL) Home Games at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy, MA. The team now plays at Gillette Stadium. The team performs Pom, Commercial Jazz, and Hip Hop styles of dance. Sarah was a 2-year veteran of the team and performed on both the 2019 squad and 2020 squad (Boston Cannons Champion Year!).  Boston sports>Everything.
